The staff were very helpful, friendly and patiently assisted and guided me in trying on and selecting the best spectacles that suited me. I was given a variety of frame/glass options with clear pricing, which made it easier for me to decide based on both style and affordability. Although my spectacles were initially expected to be ready within two weeks, there was a slight delay. However, the shop was proactive in updating me about the delay and managing my expectations.
